  • There were some VERY good things AND some VERY bad things, as such it gets a mixed review. The good, we had a blast snowtubing here and exploring the inside place and playing at the arcade! The pizza ...  more »
  • Seven Springs charges far too much for the ski experience they offer. The mountain itself is OK for mid-East coast skiing. It offers a reasonable number of trails of various length and ability level, ...  more »
  • Spent yesterday skiing at Seven Springs. Drove to the slopes from Pittsburgh and did not stay at the resort. This was my third ski day at Seven Springs this season. The resort has the best slopes in w...  more »

  • The skiing was great this past weekend at your resort. I have been to Seven Springs several times in the past with my family and we always have a great time. I was there on 3/23 and 3/24. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience that really disappointed me in how the guests were treated. After the special event you held there with skiers trying to skim across the two pools of water, your staff decided to empty the two giant pools and let the water run down the steps and through the eating area where a bunch of your guests, including my family and me, were trying to order food, eat, and sit and relax. The water gushed down the steps, through the eating area where many people started to complain about their shoes, pants, and boots getting soaked while they were in line trying to purchase food. Then as children tried to run through the tidal wave of water, guests who were eating were getting splashed by dirty water. You are very lucky no one got hurt walking down the steps or in the eating area as I am sure you would have a law suit on your hands. I saw one woman's suede boots get completely soaked and she was fuming. This was not just a little bit of water; this was a fast-moving, flowing river of water that was several inches deep. I am shocked that you would think so little of your guests as to choose to empty the pools while they were there spending money at your resort. I took it as a total disregard for the comfort and welfare of your guests. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
  • It gets pricey, but you get what you pay especially in the service. The young people working there are really helpful and try to make your visit as great as possible. The Easter brunch is outstanding one of the best we have ever visited.
  • Best local ski area. Very expensive to stay there but if you have the money, it is great. Slope side rooms and decks are available and there is an awesome breakfast buffet. Indoor pool, bowling, exercise room, laundromat, etc. Ski package bundles make it nice. You can however stay and eat cheaper about 10 or more miles away, for less than half of what you pay at the resort, even with the ski package if going with others.
  • Pricey unless you pre plan. But most important their snow groomers know what they are doing! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs! Great for everyone in the family even if you don't ski or snowboard.
  • VERY nice place. Lodges are more than decent. Many routes to snow board and way cool terrain parks with grind rails and jumps. **My bud busted his melon and needed a helicopter ride to the hospital. Jean was the first aid medic on site. They all did a good job getting my dude to the chopper so they could rush him to the hospital for a busted nugget assessment. He's cool now. We'll be back next season. P.s. helmets..........👍
