  • This is a very nice museum - it's not huge so allowing a half-day was perfect. It's three floors of galleries - nicely laid out. It's easy to walk through and every painting was very well labeled. I e...  read more »

  • We have visited the museum several times, and always enjoy our visits. The museum is small enough that you are not overwhelmed, it is logically laid out, and focuses heavily on the Wyeth family of ama...  read more »
  • Wonderful museum in Chadds Ford, PA. They have a newly retooled museum cafe with fascinating lunch options (I had a skate sandwich, for example) and a beautiful view of the Brandywine. The museum features works by N.C. Wyeth, Andrew Wyeth, Jamie Wyeth, and others in the Wyeth family. We went on a tour of N.C. Wyeth's home and studio, which was a short bus ride away and led by a knowledgeable and helpful guide. The special exhibition on the top floor features children's book illustrators. Could easily spend more time at this small but beautiful museum.
  • A beautiful setting for some of the finest American Art in existence. Exhibits are constantly changing throughout the year providing variety for multiple visits. The annual Christmas display is not to be missed, especially for train buffs.
  • My wife and myself are Wyeth art fans. My daughter likes to walk around outside the Museum as well as inside. Christmas time with the trains are a real treat for them.
  • Love it there - inside and out. Beautiful river path, amazing art and great staff!
  • A beautiful jewel box of a museum just outside Philadelphia with collection of Wyeth family paintings and others. The N. C. Wyeth "Treasure Island" illustrations alone are worth the admission. If the weather is nice be sure to walk along the river outside the main building.
