  • Small, charming Winery and serves a better quality wine. Red wine, merlot, sparkling white all of high quality, in a countryside environment, half an hour drive from DC. Does not charge entry, you can pay $35 to prove if all wines, or order a glass or bottle and pay 10 bucks a cup or more, and 21 to 40 bucks a bottle of wines of excellent quality. The site is open, a bit cold, but the place is beautiful. Have a ruin where lived the Lee family, original owners of the site, a grassy area with outdoor tables facing the vineyards, a large shed, a placeholder for families with small children, a space for reservations of parties and events closed, is a shed entirely closed to House those who do not want to stay outdoors. Very smooth ride, good for and to taste cheeses of the customers.

  • This was my first winery of the day and was spectacular. It was busy but it was easy to find a spot at the tasting bar. My server was very friendly and knew the wines, save the Riesling which was just...  more »

  • Fantastic location near the Battlefield, and a great big sprawling lawn for nice days outside. The tastings are well priced and very informative about their wine. A lot of their wines are award-winning. The atmosphere is fun and historic.
  • This is our new favorite hang out. The wine is fabulous. The food is great and I love the rotating food truck's out front. I highly recommend becoming a member because you'll get addicted to this place. The view, the atmosphere, the SUPER friendly employees, and the live entertainment make for a great time EVERY time.
  • Was there during one of their events, it took over 2 hours to get our wine. I am sorry but that is inexcusable in this area. And it wasnt like they were understaffed, their exisiting staff was too busy chatting with pretty girls than moving the line along. This is the second time i have been here and the wine had not improved. Further the prices are not worth what the wone taste likes and they are very inflexible with events. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
  • This is my favourite winery... and wine also very good ... it's good hangout place with awesome view and music
  • Fantastic wine! I am a wine club member and often gift bottles of their wine to friends and family. Everyone I have given a bottle to asks me to bring another bottle or two next time I see them! They also have a 21 and over section and a section for people with kids which is very nice if you don't have kids and want to have a nice relaxing quiet time at a winery!
