  • Clean room, friendly staff, fun water park. We went with the grandparents, one 6 yr old and one 3 yr olds. Everyone had a great time. We purchased the wound for the 6 yr old and he's absolutely hooked...  more »
  • The rooms are dirty and in dire need of maintenance. The place is noisy. There is no place to eat a decent meal and no room service. The in room coffee sucks, the sheets didn't fit. The water slides w...  more »

  • We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs about 6 months ago and our kids loved it. They are ages 9, 12 and 13. The Grand Mound lodge is nice and the amenities are similar but a little less new. The water park is amazing with water slides and a wave pool and the Magic Quest activity keeps the kids busy for hours and gives lots of exercise. The idea is that you don't have to leave and can stay entertained for the whole visit but as we like to get out and about the only disappointment was the lack of things to do in the immediate area. Still, the restaurant has gluten-free options and there is an in house Starbucks so you really can stick around and enjoy yourselves. This is a great family destination; much more wholesome than a trip to Vegas and much less travel expense than a cruise or a flight to a resort. Plus it's domestic so no fears about leaving the country. A great time was had by all. If you haven't been to a Great Wolf Lodge then you need to give it a try.
  • Bring earplugs. Yes, the kids will love it. The slides are fun, the lines can get long, but they move fast. The wand game made for good out - of - the - water fun... but wear good walking shoes! You go up, and down, and up, and down, 5 flights of stairs OVER AND OVER. The staff was the best part. Friendly, helpful, almost Disney quality most of the time. A one night stay was plenty. The kids had time to do everything, and I was already exhausted.
  • Great Wolf Lodge is unique, in that it provides a fully indoor water park. This makes it extra safe and easy to watch and monitor children while at the park as a family. The park and the lodge as a whole are both clean and also well maintained. Service is extraordinary, and the workers are willing to provide assistance and amenities as needed. Highly recommended!
  • We had a good time. The room was clean and considering the number of families (kids) running around it was quiet. My only complaint and it is a small one is that it is expensive to do the other activities they have to offer. The staff was pleasant and my granddaughter loved the evening dance. All in all we had a relaxing good time.
  • We visited the Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound location as a family. It was a wonderful experience. The waitress, chef, and cashier were so kind and helpful at the buffet. We have five kids from teenagers to toddlers and there was so much for all of them to do. No one even had a chance to complain of being bored and all of them were asleep before they even finished getting ready for bed. Success!
