Keepsake Quilting Reviews

I must have been there on an off day. I was not greeted at all while there. It's a large overwhelming quilt shop, I was roaming around trying to match colors, scales and prints. Not once did anyone of... more »

If I could give them negative stars, I would! They're highly unprofessional, for being a BUSINESS, and unreliable in the extreme. Signed up for a block-of-the-month kit, and that was a giant mistake- it started TWO months late (with no notifications from the business, only dead silence on the matter), and never billed at the same time for ANY two months (sometimes it's within the first week, but it's completely random without warning, could charge on any of the thirty days in a month). The ending month, December, didn't bill until the TWENTY-EIGHTH of the month! I got the shipping confirmation on the thirtieth and it fraudulently claimed that the order processed on the fourteenth... yet my bank account points out that lie, it didn't bill until the twenty-eighth. If supplies ran late, why not TELL the customers who are paying for it? Why leave them in the dark? I have many subscriptions which bill monthly and they're professional- bill on the same day whether the world froze over or not, when supplies are limited/late, they always send an email to subscribers to let us know, and their customer service is fantastic. Contacted Keepsake about delays and returns, and the person on the other end of the phone was an absolute witch! Unfriendly, bordering on rude, and about as clear as mud on policies. I will never choose this company ever again, and there are plenty of blocks of the month clubs to follow. Any one of them must be more professional about their policies/billing/shipping!

Good selection of fabric, prices high but markdowns room had a good selection at a very good price. Karen responded to my questions. Sooo helpful, continued to help me look for a fabric that would work for my project. I made a selection, was on to something else, and she had continued to review options. Came up with a much better fabric than I had chosen. Great experience!

I've ordered two things from them on separate occasions, and I received neither. The first item was back ordered then it never came in because something about the manufacturer. Then I ordered a club of the month, which again, became backordeded somehow. I never received any of it, but they still charged me for the club of the month. After emailing them about it they refunded me two payments, but they never did refund me for a double charge. They never responded to my email, only refunded a couple charges, which is better than nothing I suppose. I was still charged twice for something I never received. I will never order from this company again. They've made it very clear that customer service is not a priority to them.

I have been a loyal customer of Keepsake for many years. Their products and friendly service have been my "go to" for quilting materials. Unfortunately, it is with a sad heart that I must move on. Ever since their move to have material cut somewhere else, (Ohio), the care and professional nature of their kit products have declined to the point I no longer will purchase from them. Starting in July, if you miss cut your material it will no longer be resent. If you have to return something it will take up to six weeks to be reimbursed. The sale of this fine company has put its customers in jeopardy of missing out on all of its benefits. To all you at the NH store, I will miss you greatly.

Service was slow every time we have visited. Very good selection of quality fabric. Normally I like to patronize local businesses but the prices match with the remote area which means they are high. Best thing to do is find what you like while browsing there, write down the fabric info and order online and half the cost.
