READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! Very very shady businesses!! They can and will scam you and take as much time of your time, trying to manipulate you as much as they can. There are also several additional added fees (per night) they don't tell you about until after booking. There is not a maid to make beds or clean up towels during your visit, only after you've left your reservation. You are still asked to clean up and remove sheets, etc when you are leaving. When I attempted to leave a complaint, it was dismissed completely by the manager, as if he is used to hearing it from several people. We were also woken up by our fire alarm at 4am, when we tried to get that fixed maintenance took care of it (replaced the AA battery)very begrudgingly. The alarm proceeded to make noise until we left for the day at 9am but was resolved by the time we got home later that evening.
Very friendly and professional service. Our two bedroom unit is very spacious at nearly 1,500 square feet. Everything is clean and modern. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, flatware and such. Modern appliances. Soaker tub in both master and common bathroom. There is four pools on the premises as well as a golf course. A mini golf course and many other common amenities. There is also a small convenience store that actually does not over charge. Keep on mind that this a timeshare resort. They are very good at selling so if you after truly not interested you need to stand your ground. We would definitely stay here again.
Was there with my wife and two kids for a week while taking in the parks. The concierge and service were very nice and attentive. The property is enormous. The suites were well appointed and clean. The kitchen had every thing we could possibly need. The accommodated my toddler promptly with high chairs and a pack and play. Sales talk is a lot longer than promised and very persistent.
Past its prime... Fridge would run till frozen then defrost leaving everything inside wet. We ran out of hot water in the showers every night. The dryer worked after multiple cycles. Beds firm and uncomfortable. Air vents in MBR did not work. At least 10 degrees warmer in that room. Appliances and décor were all dated. Ants in kitchen upon check-in. Walls paper thin, you can hear everything thing going on in the other room. The check in staff were rude and immediately went into a sales pitch for a time share. The kids enjoyed the pools and the exterior looks nice. The rest of the support staff were friendly and helpful.
Booked the hotal via Southwest for $65.42 per day which i thought was just awesome. We stayed for 3 days. Resort is very nice. Reason i gave 2 stars is because, they charged me $12 extra per day calling it resort fee and it was never mentioned in the southwest site or during check in at hotel. The hotel says they cannot refund it and it is in the fineprint. Hope anyone else booking at this resort is aware of this going forward.
