I was warmly greeted by the people in the Pro shop and was quickly directed to the cart area where I was provided with a nice set of Callaway woods and irons by a very friendly staff. The driving rang... read more »
Arrived in the dark and were assisted with our clubs, which were taken and placed on a cart ready to go. After check in, we were ready for the range, which is a water landing zone with float balls, in... read more »
Arrived here tired and jetlagged, but had a great bagdrop welcome and met our allocated playing partners in the pro shop. Course was good. Challenging but generous fairways and rough not too rough. Di... read more »
Played Celebration Golf Club 5 times in a week. Great municipal course, staff was extremely professional. The windmill restaurant had great food at good prices. This course is a hidden gem in a resort area. Highly recommended.
This simply is a great golf course. Well maintained and designed to be fun but challenging. First time through be sure to have plenty of balls as many shots will talk you into going for the greens and there are plenty of water hazards.
Well maintained. Beautifully designed. A pleasure to play. Friendly and helpful staff. Great lunch offer and bounce back prices. Great burgers and bar staff in Windmill Bar
Date played: 3/5/16 Our experience at Celebration was fantastic. We were one of the first tee times, 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning. The starter was polite and helpful. As a nice bonus, there were several hot air balloons taking off nearby, making for an awesome backdrop on the first tee shot of the day. The course was in very good condition. Very green and lush. I would give the fairways an A and the greens a B. There were a couple greens with some rough spots under repair (10th green as I recall), but they did their best to keep the pins away from those areas. We saw the ranger multiple times, and he was keeping a slower group ahead of us moving as best he could. The layout is very fun. If I were to make a recommendation, it would be to have a set of tees somewhere between the silver tees and the gold tees. The silver tees were too short, and the gold might be just a bit too long for a large range of golfers. Something in the 6200-6300 range would be nice. Even so, the layout was very fun and challenging, without being too quirky. Golfers of all skill levels can enjoy this course. I did not get a chance to use the driving range, but it appeared well kept and even fun, with lots of target greens floating in a lake. There were multiple putting greens and short game areas as well. There was an attentive cart girl, and numerous comfort stations throughout the course. When we finished, there was a nice buzz of energy around the clubhouse and bar area, and the restaurant was pretty good. All in all, this course was a great time. I was happy, as I had convinced a group of friends to play there, and all of them were very happy.
A great course. Professional staff, well maintained and well worth it to keep coming back. I do wish they would bring back an early, full menu breakfast and promote for a while until a recurring customer base can be established.
