It was an awful experience. The staff were very unprofessional, and don't know what to do when they need to handle some incidents happened. On 6/9/2017, I took my three-year daughter to this place for the first time. It was around 4:30pm and not many kids were there in the Earthquake Area, which was supposed to be for younger ones. My kid was jumping around and playing with some balls around. Suddenly a boy threw a ball to my daughter and she started to crying. The boy who threw the ball saw that my kid was crying, but ignored and kept playing with the balls. Before then, we observed that he threw the ball outside the play area and it almost hit my wife and 8-month baby. I called the boy to start the talk, but he kept ignoring me. I asked the staff who was playing with two boys including that uncontrolled boy. But the staff said that she just came by and didn't notice the incident. I went to the counter and asked another staff to talk to the boy. They talk to the boy, but it seemed that he didn't talk either. I asked the staff whether they know the boy's parent, but she said she has no idea. I asked whether they can find the boy's parent by using microphone that all the people can listen to. I wanted to talk to his parent about what happened and how the boy behaved when that incident happened. But the staff said that they don't know whether they can do that. (I saw them they use microphone for some announcement) She just kept saying that if that things happens again, they want to know. Although there was not many people, she didn't try to find the boy's parent. So, I decided to find the boy's parent. I kept asking people around the playground, and found the boy's mother, who was focusing on some material and didn't notice what happened. I said what happened to the mother and she took the boy out. My daughter kept crying and didn't want to play anymore. At this time, I was quite upset since the staffs don't want to do anything to some kids uncontrollable. They are not trained for this kind of incidents and wasn't willing to solve the issue. Then, I asked refund and left as soon as I get the refund. It was quite an awful experience and didn't want to come back to this place.
Is a great family atmosphere. Great fun for kids. Even my 16 year old loves this place.
If your looking for a good time on a rainy saturday, STAY AWAY FROM JUMPSTREET. For starters the price is 14 dollars per person, an outrageous price for what is offered. Secondly the staff is a group of (first job) high school studenrs who do not care about SAFETY or customer satisfaction. In my experience many of the employees argue with me and other customers. The staff here are exceptionally rude, and get paid 9.40 too much per hour. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THERES NOT A 0 STARS OPTION..... Keep your children away from thus place.
My son loves this place so much. We come almost every weekend.
Do y'all have that thing it's like Banana and strawberry mixed together and it has the ice cream and milk? The mcflurry sir? No it's not that
