  • It was an awful experience. The staff were very unprofessional, and don't know what to do when they need to handle some incidents happened. On 6/9/2017, I took my three-year daughter to this place for the first time. It was around 4:30pm and not many kids were there in the Earthquake Area, which was supposed to be for younger ones. My kid was jumping around and playing with some balls around. Suddenly a boy threw a ball to my daughter and she started to crying. The boy who threw the ball saw that my kid was crying, but ignored and kept playing with the balls. Before then, we observed that he threw the ball outside the play area and it almost hit my wife and 8-month baby. I called the boy to start the talk, but he kept ignoring me. I asked the staff who was playing with two boys including that uncontrolled boy. But the staff said that she just came by and didn't notice the incident. I went to the counter and asked another staff to talk to the boy. They talk to the boy, but it seemed that he didn't talk either. I asked the staff whether they know the boy's parent, but she said she has no idea. I asked whether they can find the boy's parent by using microphone that all the people can listen to. I wanted to talk to his parent about what happened and how the boy behaved when that incident happened. But the staff said that they don't know whether they can do that. (I saw them they use microphone for some announcement) She just kept saying that if that things happens again, they want to know. Although there was not many people, she didn't try to find the boy's parent. So, I decided to find the boy's parent. I kept asking people around the playground, and found the boy's mother, who was focusing on some material and didn't notice what happened. I said what happened to the mother and she took the boy out. My daughter kept crying and didn't want to play anymore. At this time, I was quite upset since the staffs don't want to do anything to some kids uncontrollable. They are not trained for this kind of incidents and wasn't willing to solve the issue. Then, I asked refund and left as soon as I get the refund. It was quite an awful experience and didn't want to come back to this place.
  • My son loves this place so much. We come almost every weekend.
  • This place is awesome! It has jumping for all ages. The prices are very reasonable! Great place for kids and even adults looking to get their steps or jumps in.
  • My friends and I use to LOVE jump street but every since they took away the slide, foam pit,and maze it hasn't been the same. The staff- use to be fun and encouraging and used to be super energetic and make us laugh all the time now they're just boring and just like OK go ahead do the ride whatever. And rude too. Slide- the slide was something we could do over and over and over and never get bored The foam pit- the reason we came to jump Street was for the foam pit! It was so much fun to swing on the rope and imagine to be like Tarzan or a plane or something that just made you feel like a kid again. The maze- we countless games of hide n go seek ,we had skills like observation or Stealthiness. You could also scare your friends and we would spend a lot of time there and never get bored. * one time my friend and I spent 6 hours there ( with the FUN things listed above) What it is like now- Stunt jump- stunt jump you could do twice and then get bored, plus we have to do it once on the kiddy thing which is kind of silly. The staff members are not very energetic about this and it's not very fun. Basketball- you get to spend two minutes on this court even if you did get more time it wouldn't make any more fun it's one person at a time. if you had a giant game with all your friends that would actually be fine. That's not the way it is though 😪 Walking sticks- the one good thing to come from the new renovations. Dodge ball- the balls hurt when you get hit and the people who are good are always on one giant team together.
  • It stinks like feet. Its alright my 3 year old had more fun than my 7 and 9 year old. The staff is mostly young and dont have basic customer service
