  • Nice little museum with history of Cedar Key and home of St Clair Whitman which was moved to the park. His personal collection forms part of the museum. Easy bike ride from anywhere on Cedar Key.
  • Not our cup of tea. Walked around to see some shells. Might be great for others but nothing special.
  • This state park is conveiently located near Downtown. You could take a golf cart, or it has plenty of parking. and it's just $2, so you have to go. It includes entrance to the historic house behind it...  more »

  • Huge fan of mid century modern architecture and this tiny museum hasn't changed since it was built! It's a history lesson on 2 levels, the collection it houses is 1880-1930 and everything else is from the 60's.
  • The museum was really nice, I learned lots of cool things. I really like the historic home. It was cool to see the difference between it and modern day structures. My favorite part was the trail. It had many beautiful sights of the water, and many great photo opportunities. I rated it four stars because it was very small, there could have been more, and the trail was pretty short.
  • Nice little park.
  • Support your Florida State Parks. Interesting indoor exhibit and maintained grounds to explore.
  • Great history and nice displays
