  • Take away the gambling, the hotel is still a great place with great food in ALL ROOMS we were in. Esp the food court! Best breakfast ever!
  • Wife and I like to stop here from time to time. It is great people-watching, and the food is great also. We love Toby Keith's restaurant, as well as the Highway 66 Diner. We have yet to walk away with...  more »

  • Our experience at the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel was amazing. Our check-in was a breeze and Josh was the one that helped us. The room wasn't great. King size bed great View plenty of amenities. The buffet is awesome. It has everything you would want. The desserts are especially pleasing. We also had a great time on the casino floor. Played the night away and walked away with extra. All in all we will absolutely do this again. Thank you to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino staff for making it a pleasure every time we go.
  • The house keeping kept knocking on the door to early in morning asking if it was ready to clean 2 times too many. The first time was 9am absolutely ridiculous. We specifically had a late check-out at front desk which obviously wasn't noted to housekeeping. Very upset to say the least. However, the Sweet Tower is very beautiful and elegant. Front Desk wasn't very friendly nor greeted with any hospitality or Smiling faces. Greatly need for improvement.
  • The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was a decent experience all around. The casino was very large and there was a nice variety of games to choose from. I liked that there were separated areas for smokers and non-smokers, and it was very clean. The staff was very polite and I saw them cleaning out the ashtrays and empty glasses frequently. There were free sodas and coffees, but only one station for the entire casino that I could see. There needs to be at least two so you don't have to go across the room. We ate at the 50's style diner for a late dinner--The food was good and had decent portions and I didn't feel it was overpriced. It was basic diner food--burgers, fries, breakfast options, etc. I had the ham and vermont.cheddar egg sandwich and it was delicious! Our room, a double queen standard, was nicely appointed with cool lighted walls. The beds were pretty comfy, but the pillows were oddly shaped and kind of hard to configure to be comfortable. The bathroom was pretty small and the shower pressure was disappointing, but the complimentary shampoo and conditioner was decent.
  • Didn't win big with the gambling but the overall experience was top notch. The room was very well decorative and designed, the back lighting and music playing as you enter the room really gives a great feel. They even have little chocolate guitars on bed side instead of the normal mint on a pillow. Employees all over the casino and resort were friendly and fun. Check in was easy (if you go get a players card, which is FREE, you get a discount on your room). Ate at the route 66 diner, open 24/7. Very fun old atmosphere with music videos of the old time stars. Even the servers are uniformed in period route 66 clothes. This was not a planned stay , turned out to be a wonderfull stop on a road trip.
  • Beautiful! The staff took loving care of this hotel. My favorite thing was how they sprayed the filters to allow a wonderful aroma to permeate the entire hotel. The food was great. The memorabilia...PHENOMENAL!
