  • It's an amazing place to go to relax, like most parks. At the top of the hikers trail, there is a beautiful cross.
  • Love this park! It's easy to get to, and free to get in. It's usually pretty clean, but we visited right after the 4th of July, so they hadn't finished cleaning up after the people who don't have the decency to dispose of their trash appropriately. Not only is the inside of the park nice with a nice asphalt track, they have several hiking trails if you want to get into the wild! You can also take your dog!
  • We come to this park often because it's a relaxing place to visit. Also, we homeschool our son, and this is a great place to visit for science and biology lessons! If you're trying to kill an afternoon without spending much money or going about the hub-bub of city life, this is a great place to do that.
  • The place has nice setting. Very small place though. Even though the hours are states that the place closes at 9 pm, we were asked to leave at 8:15. It was a nice BBQ experience.
  • Love this park. Family friendly, close to home and normally not to busy excepting holidays and soccer games. They have a unique assortment of trees planted and also a large amount of hiking trails. The river runs right at the edge of the park and is a good spot for kids or dogs to play.
