  • Beautiful campground! I spoke to some campers and the price was amazing as well!! The river is crystal clear and filled with tons of Rainbow Trout. Wish I had my pole with me as we were just driving.....  more »

  • This is a great place to go for trout fishing. It's always clean, and easily accessible. Once you figure out how to catch the trout it's almost easy. If your having trouble catching them just go up the hill to Tim's Fly Shop and Tim will be glad to share local secrets so you don't leave empty handed!
  • This is a great state park and even better if you enjoy trout fishing. They can sell you a one day pass and even rent the equipment. The restaurant is top-notch and the lodge has beautiful decor and view. My personal favorite is the Hummingbird Salad (at under $10). They will also cook your trout for you!
  • Enjoyed camping here during Labor day weekend. The restrooms were not as clean as I expected. The camp grounds are quite crowded too as you literally setup your tents beside your car and there's very little space to roam or play around your camp ground. However, the area around this campground is quite scenic and well maintained.
  • I liked this place swimming hiking camping lodge fishing everything and anything you want this was the view from a room with a balcony. The only thing is they were doing construction and I did not get to see waterfall. Also the rooms could have been a little cleaner and beds more comfortable.
  • Great day and place for trout fishing, multiple trails from beginner to longer ones, and educational activities, too! The hatchery is wonderful with helpful, informative staff! Rangers are visible and easy to find if you need help. Just a wonderful place to visit and enjoy the outdoors!
