  • still the best course in maine.
  • Have been to Sugarloaf 5 times, and that is traveling from Philly. That should say it all. I will drive past just about every mountain in the east to hit up the Loaf. By far the best in the east. Something for everyone, but especially for the advanced/expert. Awesome people, village, etc. With new glade expansions, the mountain is pretty much untouchable. If you have not gone yet, GO!
  • Above review is a troll...this is the best mountain in the east, bar none. Unless you go out west, it doesn't get any better than this. Some people complain about unfriendly locals, all I have to say is what goes around comes around, so don't act like a tool and you will spend the day skiing with friendly interesting people from all over the country.
  • Beautiful course with excellent staff. Best in the early fall.
  • don't come here it is not worth the drive from Massachusetts way too much back country and not enough yellow pride, Sunday River is way more fitting for you and your crew
