  • Great atmosphere, spacious tasting room, nice patio, and friendly staff. One of ~10-12 tasting rooms on the main drag in Carmel Valley. You can hit all of them in a long afternoon (we did).
  • This winery makes the mistake that many in the US make. They do not offer crackers or bread in between tastings for palate cleansing. Not impressive. Stand up service communicates Taste, Pay, Leave. W...  read more »

  • Absolutely love Boekenoogen Winery! It is such a hidden gem and if you are in the Monterey area definitely stop by. The tasting room is deep in beautiful Carmel Valley Village in a quaint little town. My personal favorite was their smooth Chardonnay. The winery is also privately owned and you can tell they are very passionate about creating quality wine. Highly recommend.
  • The Boekenoogen tasting room was by far the best part of out trip to Carmel Valley. Not only was the wine outstanding, but the people working in the tasting room were super knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are ever in Carmel. We loved it 🍷⚜❤️
  • Some of the best wines I've ever tasted. I love the Pinot Noir, it made me come back for more. The Chardonnay is also a great wine especially when sitting in the sun on their beautiful patio. Very nice, friendly hardworking family that takes pride in their work. A must stop place if you visit the Carmel valley area.
  • Wonderful wines and a great family! All of their wines are exceptional (especially the Pinot Noir) and the tasting room staff is knowledgable and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Carmel Valley/Monterey area!
  • 8/6/15. The Pinot noir was excellent. All visitors were having a wonderful time. Along with a friend recommending Jeffreys Spiced Pecans which they also sell! :>)
