  • My wife and I spent a few hours walking around this fantastic historic ranch. We were both big Cisco Kid fans when we were little so it was real neat to see this property once owned by Pancho (Leo Carrillo)from the tv series. You just don't see real old buildings like this place has except on tv. We loved it.
  • This park gets better and better. The City of Carlsbad and the Foundation has invested in restoring this beautiful property to its former glory when it was owned by Leo Carrillo, a Hollywood star who baby boomers will remember as Pancho on the TV show, The Cisco Kid. You will really enjoy the walking trails and the peacocks wandering the grounds. There are several events throughout the year. This month the fundraiser Dinner and a Movie will be held to raise funds to teach elementary school students about the history of the area. Take a break from the beach and visit this awesome historic park.
  • Amazing historic place! Leo was a very interesting man and had a beautiful ranch in a cool little valley in Carlsbad. Peacocks everywhere and very informative staff.
  • A hidden gem! A wonderful retreat. Come here and spend a day looking and walking through this amazing ranch of early Hollywood cinema.
  • Lovely rancho and very laid back. When this rancho was humming it must have really been a treat to visit.
