  • Carlsbad Lagoon offers its visitors with a variety of activities ! Paddle boarding , jet skiing , kayaking , water skiing , you want to get wet ? this is the place !!
  • The Lagoon was very quint. It had a lot of options if you wanted to do things such as jet ski, paddle board, etc.
  • The lagoon has two distinct personalities: The west side near where the equipment rentals are located is busy with jet skis where you can fuel your adrenaline. If you prefer a quieter experience with ...  read more »
  • Me and my family went down there on our vacation. It was great! Low prices, and the staff is really nice. I especially loved the water skis. My family rented two waterskis and switched off every 10 minutes. It was perfect.
  • We came to the Lagoon because we had purchased a discounted kayak rental we wanted to use. It wasn't very crowded, but the area was a little dirty and poorly kept up. There is hardly any beach to speak of as the majority of the waterfront is dedicated to the rental business that's set up shop here. We did enjoy the kayaking and paddle boarding, but a 2 hour rental was more than we needed and we were ready to go shortly after the first hour. I would recommend this for someone looking to try out paddle boarding, waverunners, kayaking, etc. for the first time in a very low pressure, safe environment, but it isn't the best place to go to simply spend a day at the beach.
  • I purchased on Groupon... We had so much fun..The staff was just GREAT!!! They guys giving you the equipment have great tips... Love it will be going back!
  • Cool place to hang out with friends and family. Areas are sectioned off for swimming, boating, water bicycle, paddle board, jet ski, and tubing. Staff members were young and might have had a factor in the unorganized rentals. Once we got are jet ski it was a great ride on the water. The boat tubing was also a 10/10 experience with a driver that knows how to create waves. No extra charge for his driving skills and comes with the rental of the boat.
  • This lagoon spot gets busy, but the guys that run the place are on top of it. They have all your beaching outdoor needs from kayaking, paddleboarding, to jetskis and these weird boats that I'm not even sure what you'd call them. It's a great place to come and relax in the San Diego sunshine without trying to fight too much for a spot at a crowded beach.
