  • The Fremont petroglyphs in Capitol Reef National Park are quite close on the road, and are therefore very easy to reach. The drawings themselves are not outstanding, but very old. Therefore, they are also worth a visit.

  • I find seeing the art of the ancient tribes from this region absolutely fascinating! Note that it takes some amount of concentration to find the numerous examples on the rock face so be patient and look carefully.
  • Worth a quick stop to see the petroglyphs if your already driving by.
  • Even though hard to spot at first, it's absolutely incredible to be able to view these beautiful petroglyphs.
  • Excellent chance to see Native American Petroglyphs, many well preserved examples on various red rock cliff faces to see right off the road, easy access.
  • Probably the easiest petroglyphs to get to in Utah.
