Been on this cruise quite a few times. I've never had many complaints, the staff is great right there to help with anything. It does cost $13 per person if your not buying the boarding pass with buffe... read more »

I can't remember her name, but when was the last time you played a table game and the dealer made it so fun for you, that you hated midnight showed up? Yeah... I went on this boat when it was Sterling and Victory has done a better job I think. Dinner was crowded and moved very slowly but the food was good and the staff did the best they could. We had a great time.
I have been on Victory Casino Cruise well over 30 times. There is not a time I have not really enjoyed myself. Winning is nice, but the whole trip itself is worth noting. Ppl watching is great, the 1 man band on the upper deck is always a good performer. Enjoying the wildlife and seafaring boats are great ways to pass the time between port and gambling. Honestly, I have had the buffet. It was not good. Hard to believe that the food could be so 'non fresh' tasting when you are just heading out. But to balance that the ala carte food is pretty good. From the burgers, chicken wings, and a darn good Turkey Club sandwich, order from the menu and avoid the buffet. Mostly the bathrooms are good/ok, once in a while you might have one that has seen a lot of action and is not so good. 95% of the time, the wait staff is right there, on an occasion they might have been understaffed but rare. The dealers/spinners on the table games are almost always fun and really add to the event. Tho on occasion you get someone who is 'off' that day, again rare. I like to gamble and sometime it is a bit of gamble of what serve/experience you get. I recommend giving them a chance. More likely than not, you will be back!
I loved my experience. I played several machines and hit on alot of them. My only complaint was the buffet was just sad. The food was not good. I loved looking at the water and there was a big variety of slots. Very enjoyable. I plan to go back. I will eat before I go. Best casino that I have been too as far as having the best slots.
My wife and I have been on the Victory Casino Cruise probably 30 times in the last several years. We have NEVER had any bad experience. It troubles me that so many of the reviews are negative. I am not sure what some people expect . Perhaps they do not realize that this is a gambling ship....not a Five Star Hotel / Restaurant / Casino. We have always found the entire staff to be friendly and attentive to any request we may ask of them. The food is adequate and as good as you will find at any land based sports bar of buffet. Although I have COPD....I do not find any issues with the smoking on board as the ship does feature an excellent primary ventilation system as well as a number of strategically placed "smoke eaters". Win or lose....we always enjoy our visit and will continue to have a great time on the Victory Casino Cruise Ship.
Where do I start...went with a Groupon that included dinner, 2 drinks, $10 in slot..FIRST IMPRESSION: eew....it smells SO BAD...most of the girls in costumes as well as the Director looked like they were strung out on drugs...We were told we were going to have to wait 30 min for a table or sit with someone else for dinner...THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE...no it was really bad, uneatable actually. The atmosphere was very cafeteria like and staff were sloppy in appearance and demenor. You have to spend money in order to redeem $10 slots which was fine... The Smoking was so bad on the table floors we got migraines within 15mins.decided not to stay. Couldn't find a waitress to get a drink..WE SEARCHED them OUT...were told there was 2 waitresses per deck and we needed to sit at a machine and wait for someone to come by..We decided the play the slots and after losing a 100.00 and no waitress in 30 min we decided to go upstairs to get some fresh air ANDREW DRINKS...Decided to checkout "the club" LOL....there is NO Club...there is a gaming room with a retired live band playing 50s music..We later BOUGHT food in the Sports Bar and spent the last 3.5hrs on the top deck buying drinks and counting down the mins for this miserable trip to be over.. spent 200.00 ...will never come back....
