  • Cherie beach is definitely a locals beach. It has a small parking (free) and no umbrella and chair rentals. It is completely uncommercialized. Also there was not a lifeguard station.  more »
  • We were able to visit this beach just for a short time. Small parking lot, sure in the summer it would be hard to find a space. Walkways to the beach. Found it a great beach to walk along in the water...  more »
  • The beach was beautiful and clean. We went later in the day so there wasn't very many people there either. A little too cold for swimming in January  more »

  • Great Beach! It's great for families with children. There is a lifeguard on the beach, they have showers, bathrooms, picnic benches, and a beautiful boardwalk. It is a beautiful place to take photos.
  • This is our favorite "local" park to go surfing. Not the best spot in East Central Florida by a long shot, but the beach break is decent in spots and the lineup is almost never overly crowded. That fact alone make it a nice spot to go surfing without having to fight for few good waves we get here. This park is less touristy than the Cocoa Beach Pier and other locations in Cocoa Beach although you will still get some tourist activity on holiday weekends and in the summer. One plus is free parking (a rarity in the Cocoa Beach area) even though the parking lot is relatively small. On summer weekends if you are not there by 9am be prepared to wait a while until someone leaves. There are bathrooms, a couple showers, and some covered picnic tables for small gatherings.
  • I live walking distance and its beautiful...only thing is people...especially tourists leave garbage all the time... I mean because you don't live here shouldn't stop your moral compass of consideration to the wildlife as well as us locals. I walked the beach this morning and picked up 3 garbage bags of trash!!! It will stay beautiful ... We love our beach enough to keep it that way!! Hurray and high5 to the locals and others who pick up and clean up the most beautiful beach ever!!!
  • Beautiful beach small park. In fact not really a park, just a parking lot and a nice beach
  • Free parking,showers,bath rooms,soda machine,trash cans,life guards,covered tables,informative signage.
