  • From the viewpoint you can see both rivers, the Colorado and the Green river in a landscape of an outer world. Just stand at the fenced rim and enjoy the view for miles and miles.  more »

  • Have been here 3 times, and every time it feels breath taking. Would love to go down there if we had a 4 by 4.
  • Someone carved a trench in the rocks! As the name implies, you see the Green River from this dramatic viewpoint. It looks like someone took a knife and cut a trench through a plateau. Of course, it's the Green River that carved this path through millions of years. The view is still "other-worldly". This viewpoint looks down on a bend in the Green River as it carves a path through a very flat looking plateau.
  • Unique view with the river view below. Neat view, seems so close but yet so far away. huge drop off wall, breezy point for our visit. Not packed full with people nice quiet spot.(for our visit.)
  • Spectacular view looking west. You are able to see various geological structures in lots of beautiful colors. Best viewed early in the day or around sunset.
  • Great views of canyons as far as the eye can see. Fun and easy hike to the actual viewpoint.
