  • Good place for a day of swimming. They had loaner life preservers for small children--great idea! Beach was clean and well-kept.
  • Arrived on Sunday at 9am to find trash spilling out of every can and large commerical bin available. It was still there at 3pm when we got off the lake. Bathrooms are disgusting and smell terrible. Lo...  read more »
  • i don't go there for the beach. at the end where the drop-off is, is where you want to be. easy access to the island, good place to kayak or paddleboard and jump off bigs rocks into the water.
  • Picnic tables available with BBQ pit, if you go early. Be careful using pit, use the side latch to secure the lid to avoid injury. Beach is nice but wear water shoes / socks. There asre alot of rocks in the water.
  • This is a great park for family, group of friends, or just to get away. You can swim, BBQ, there's a play area for kids and you can watch the speed boats go by. There is a fee but only $4 bucks, so worth it. The view is so amazing, it doesn't feel like San Antonio is 20 miles away. It kind of feels like you're far away from Spain or Greek Islands.
  • Love the drop off. Get a spot just before sunset to catch a swim and enjoy the cool dusk.
  • Good family park. Swim beach, covered play ground, shaded picnic tables, restrooms, water fountains, 2 boat ramps, and horse shoe pits (bring your own shoes).
  • Great boat Ramps and plenty of room for family.
