  • This was quite fun. Being there walking among the patriot and loyalists encampments puts you right into history. The re enactors were fully engaged in the experience. The battle scene was exciting and loud with cannon and muskets. Bring a chair or blanket to mark your viewing spot early, unless you don't mind being in the back of the crowd. I suggest bringing your own food and drinks. The lines were longer than I would have liked them.
  • Very helpful and friendly staff, cool buildings and grounds. Got an AtlAtl from the giftshop... couldnt resist. Definitely recommend stopping! Maybe call ahead tho and make sure the buildings are all open, one was closed for a wedding when I came.
  • Historic city, so many interesting places and things to see.
  • Stopped by after being on the road for a while. Nice place to stretch your legs. Didn't get to go into any buildings though. Still some things outside to see
  • Loved this place. The history was awesome, the guys in the gift shop were great. I enjoyed our afternoon as we walked off our lunch learning about the historical significance of this location. An easy lazy afternoon right off I95. Couldn't ask for more.
