  • Had a HUGE tank that was amazing. A large variety of fish and turtles we had not seen at any other aquarium, and we've been to a lot. Clean restrooms  more »
  • We stopped by on Good Friday this year, thinking it would be a good day trip for the kids. We were not the only ones! The place was packed! We could not even find a parking spot, so we decided to get ...  more »
  • We took the train to Camden from Trenton on a rainy day to visit the aquarium. A little pricey, but a lot to see! The touch tanks were great for the little ones. We enjoyed watching the hippopotamus b...  more »
  • We did the penguin encounter! It was awesome! They painted pictures with their feet then tried to untie my shoes and eat my hair. Rule is they can touch you but you can't touch them. Totally fair, but challenging to obey. Mary and Nelson were our hosts and they were fantastic, familiar with the different personalities and care so much about all their charges. The aquarium itself isn't too big, but has enough interesting exhibits to spend most of the day.
  • This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting The Adventure Aquarium and we (myself and my two sons) have always enjoyed our outings there. As a matter of fact, we (myself & my oldest son) were there last week. Each time that we have visited, we were able to identify new and interesting features of the aquarium. We have always had fun there. Furthermore, I can honestly say, that we have always come away wanting to visit the aquarium again.
  • Amazing aquarium experience! Lots to see and great for kids. Very clean and well maintained. Don't be turned off by the location...very safe and easy to get to. Loved the hippos and the shark tank was impressive!!
  • Felt like a waste of money and not enough attractions. I viewed everything it has to offer in an hour. The Waterfront view is pretty attractive. My 8 year old remark after leaving the Aquarium. I had much more fun out here looking at the water.
  • Best Aquarium in the area. It's located at Camden right across from the River on the other side of Philadelphia. It's best in the area in terms of number of ocean animals and some interesting events year round. It does not have the typical dolphin show or seal show. It makes up for that by having some interesting programs, like feeding the shark and other animals. It also have Shark Bridge which is probably only place on earth that has that. You literally walk on top of sharks swimming under you. Has a very good size kid play zone with lots of activities. 3D theater with some interesting movies. Expensive and so so cafeteria. I highly recommend the aquarium. My baby daughter enjoyed it very much and so do we adults.
