  • lots of interactive exhibits. Great for any kid over 4 and adults as well. Amazing gift shop when you need a cool gift.  more »
  • An institution such as the MIT had a potential to make a huge interactive museum. Has only a small walk and the wings are uninteresting. I don't recommend the visit, unlike the Science Museum which is fantastic.

  • This is a small museum, plan for a short ~2 hours visit. But it holds interesting Science-related attractions, many of them are interactive. It's worth a visit. Kids will love it.  more »

  • I had a lot of fun here. A student ID from any university gets you half-price admission ($5). The exhibits were interesting and the gift shop was reasonably priced w/ some neat stuff.
  • Brey interesting museum. It's a small place but with very beautiful exposition about art and technology. The tickets are $10 adult and $5 child/student.
  • A mesmerizing, mind-boggling, and inspiring museum. It's fascinating, some of the artifacts. Especially the holographic stuff, and the mechanical artifacts with gears. Visitors to the city should definitely not miss this, especially if you're a STEM student, a creative person, or someone who loves mechanical tech.
  • I was disappointed. It was smaller and leas extensive than I had expected. The displays that were there were of a high quality but I didn't really get an overall view of MIT and how it has spanned the years. I did enjoy the display of mechanical artworks (see picture) which was a great example of human ingenuity. Kudos for the free wifi which is widely available.
  • Really recommend. Only 10 bucks for to be mindblown. Lots of interesting stuff
