Beautiful campus. You can walk around and enter in some buildings. After the campus walk, enjoy the river and the view to the city which are really closed (4 minutes walking).  more »

MIT, University merely tech if you think it's a very exceptional scrappy. Paradoxically, the Humanities is a strong tradition of MIT. If the opportunity was there to hear the media labs open documentary lab researchers meet them. The modern digital environment in creative cutting edge ideas and technologies will be able to know how to get anywhere.

Great place, no doubt. Have somebody (or something) guide you, otherwise you miss too much. Get to the edges to find places like 700 Main Street (first real phone call, Polaroid camera, modern street ...  more »

All of the professors here are so nice, and they're willing to make time for you if you need help with a project, even if you're not an MIT student (as long as you put in the time and show them that you care about your work). The campus is also ever-evolving and very well kept, especially for a school of its size. They work hard to keep as much of the campus as accessible as possible, and you can pretty much go into any building at any time just to see what's going on inside. You can learn a lot from MIT just by being on and around its campus. It's a truly one-of-a-kind place.

This was a great bar. Went out there several times over the past four years. Interesting building choices for a bar; many of them have this rustic dorm-like feel and others even feel like a fraternity out of a movie! Don't go to the academic buildings because they are kind of a downer. Best thing about this bar is the memes. Would have given 5 stars except for it being incredibly hard to find a women's bathroom.

Great tour! The admissions office is very helpful and all the staff and students in general are incredibly nice. The place also has great architecture in it's buildings. I really look forward to (hopefully) go here!

It's MIT. They make huge advancements in almost every field of science and have the best engineering program in the country and maybe even the world. They are the reason we live in the future. They also have one of the only pronounceable university acronyms so that's good.

This is certainly one of the most prestigious institutions in this country, and a great one, nonetheless, for individuals looking to pursue engineering and or other core technical courses required essentially by default in this day and age. The world is a malignant and unforgiving place at best, but to gain admission into this facility is truly an austere goal that many attempt but only few will actually achieve. Good luck to everyone currently enrolled or looking to get in(including myself). The sky isn't the limit, it's what you make it.
