  • We enjoyed two massages here and luxuriated in the mineral hot springs and pools. Had the swimming pool mostly to ourselves which was quite nice mid week. It is not fancy or super modern but I found t...  read more »

  • This is a great place to stay--family friendly with good services for spa treatments. You will find the cares of the world melting away in the sun, laughter, and soothing waters.
  • I love how cute the rooms are! The bed is so comfortable! But there is no warm water in the shower. Pool area is more nice at night when it's not that busy. The pools look bigger and better than in pictures. The location of this hotel is perfect, right by downtown. The front desk workers aren't the most friendliest. I wish they served food here poolside.
  • We attended as day guests to use the pools and mineral pool with 2 kids, 6 and 3. The kiddie pool was nice and warm. There was a shallow pool heated for the big kid.good atmosphere. Locker rooms a little bare and could be nicer. You can tell it's an old facility but still good amenities outside.
  • Went for the mud baths. Was an interesting experience! All the attendants were nice and helpful. The mud bath experience includes 1) preliminary rinse 2)10 min of mud bath 3) rinse again 4) 15 min of mineral bath with jets 5) 5 min sauna 6) 15 cool down period. Throughout the service a refreshing complimentary cup of cucumber water is provided. We were confused because they didn't give any direction on what to do to begin the service until we asked. We had to go into the lobby in our swimsuits to get our "permission slips". They provided us with some sheets and shower caps and told us to take off all our clothes. Service was eye-openng but still soothing. The mud was a lot thicker than we were expecting, but it was calming. At the sauna portion, we were having difficulty breathing, so we got out after about half a minute. The best part for me was the cool down period, and must have been the most relaxed I've been in a while. The only drawback to the service might be that it was so easy to go into the mud and mineral bath area while people were fully nude in the bath, there wasn't much sense of privacy. I'm surprised there isn't at least a sign somewhere. The purchase/reservation allows you to check out the pools they have as well. There were 4 different pools of water and they have varying temperatures. They have lounge chairs and tables with chairs outside, not all shaded. Towels are provided when you first check in. There is some cold water provided but it wasn't anything amazing. Overall it wasn't too bad of an experience but it could've been much better.
  • We were here on Tuesday, but the parking was still very limited. With a price of over $300 a night I was expecting something spectacular, it turns out to be a OK place. There are 4 pools, with different temperatures. The pool hours is from 8 am to 11 pm for hotel guest. It seem non-hotel guest can go to the pools for a fee. There is a nice on site gym. It is a good place to visit and stay if you don't need to pay this much.
  • How does hit place have a decent rating? My husband and I ended up here after he mistook it for Indian springs, the springs we were referred to. It was disgusting. The massages were held in corners of the locker rooms and there wasn't even a door it was a shower curtain! Plus you could hear all the women talking. I couldn't even stay for the massage I was so uncomfortable. There also was not one person under the age of 65 there.
