  • This was a family retreat vacation and even though there were multiple issues with the rooms and the staff, we enjoyed our time with our family. The rooms are very outdated, they could use much needed upgrades, maintenance and extreme cleaning. We were in room 903 and the big burner on the stove did not work. The broom and mop in the room was disgusting, they both should be tossed out. My mother was in room 902 and her carpet was very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in years, one of the bedrooms smelled of mildew, no one was able to sleep in this room. My cousins were in room 909 and their air did not work; only to find out once my niece when to inquire about it she was told, "Oh, you in room 909, yea we knew that your air was not working for about a week". As my niece was talking to the lady at the front desk, she asked her co-worker, Teresa, if she could finish helping my niece, in which Teresa, responded, "I guess so", not good customer service at all. Why would you put someone in a room and you know the air is not working? Needless to say they had to pack and move to another room. Also, when my mother called and spoke to someone at the front desk about the banquet room, she was never told that there was a charge for the banquet room. All she was told that we should be able to use it from 9:00-2:45, as long as we buy breakfast. Well, when we arrived, it was a totally different story. We were told that we needed a contract to be in the banquet room and that my mother should have spoken to someone in banquet services, but again she was never told that at all. It would appear that when you called to inquire about a meeting space that you are told there is a charge for the space. It seems everyone is not on the same page at this place. Then to over hear the cleaning crew to say to one another “Do whatever you can to make it look clean.” Geesh, needless to say we will not be staying here again.
  • It's a shame I have to write this review because I actually like the "PROPERTY". The front desk clerk was especially slow. I noticed that she would not answer the phones, which I don't understand because every call could have been a potential customer. The first room I was checked into was small and out dated. I pulled the bed covers back and found crumbs on the sheets. The A/C unit was making a loud noise when we got in the room. then later on in the evening the A/C unit went out later in the evening. when we called the front desk we were told we had to wait for maintenance in the morning, it was cooler outside than it was in the room. We didn't get moved into another room until the next day. I will not be returning. Good Luck!!
  • We love the seclusion offered yet the ease of access to so many fun things to do!
  • Front desk is rude and slow. Got here a little early, was told to return after 4(2:30) Waited 45 minutes for a key. Got to the pro shop and that guy was worse. It is cheap but I would never recommend. Then got a room with two beds and a couch for three people.
  • Nice place. Only complaints we had was the pool was dirty and our beds were only doubles.
