  • Really enjoyed heading to this place - drive was nice, combined with other areas of interest en route (Malibu / Canyons). Scenic and tranquil, with friendly and helpful staff at the visitor centre, as...  more »
  • Part of the Santa Monica Mountains - great ridge line views - FANTASTIC Visitor's Center - clean restrooms
  • Visitor Center is small but is packed with things to do and learn. Check their schedule first as they often have programs that you may be able to listen to while on your visit. If you like to hike, yo...  more »

  • If you like history and nature you will like this unique park. Visitors Center is full of educational materials on local nature and geology. The gift store has nice selection of books, some fun clothing and crafts by local artisans. They also often have exhibits by local artists, photographers and on weekends host outdoor art and craft events. The area is beautiful any time of year but fall and spring are more colorful. The main house and stables (now Visitors Center) were designed and built by Wallace Neff just before the Great Depression. You can enjoy large grassy meadows dotted with Oaks, the long, winding driveway shaded by Sycamores and Eucalyptus, views of the surrounding mountains, a pond that's often visited by water birds and hiking trails. Free parking and restrooms by the Visitors Center.
  • Beautiful visitor center set in one of the most scenic places of the Santa Monica Mountains. Pick up brochures, maps, and visit the gift shop for souvenirs. Also check out the exhibits on urban wildlife.
  • Great place to take your remote controlled aircraft
  • I'm going on a field trip there today with my class mates
  • No kings here in merica!
