  • Loved it. Was really windy but great story and really nice to hear the people's voice who survived. Will be back  more »
  • Was great fun we had about 45 people up there for a family reunion picnic it was fun it was nice place to view Butte from a high point you can see the whole town you can see the pit  more »

  • A very somber place. The gravity of those who had passed in mining accidents not only at the monument but elsewhere give you a heavy sense of respect for those people . There are letters the miners wrote that you can read as well as an audio interpretation. If you want to get a sense of how hard the job was and the gall Those men had this is the place for you.
  • This place has a great view but most important honors those fallen miners!
  • Excellent historical monument to some of the workers who created the best place on earth.
  • Amazing overlook and very powerful recordings on site.
