  • Absolutely gorgeous!! Burlington has done an outstanding job developing their waterfront. Parks, swings, bike paths, dog parks, eateries, the list goes on.... very impressive.  more »
  • I was in awe of the beauty of this place. Perhaps an hour before sunset, an ideal day as sun went down. Strolling the boardwalk, enjoying a maple cremmee. Sailboats cruising by in the distance made.....  more »
  • The park itself is rather small but they built a nice boardwalk along the lake shore and the views of the sunset from it are breathtaking. Parking in the area is pretty tight but manageable.  more »
  • First time in Burlington VT. We attended the Tumble Down Festival. So much to do down by the water front. Metered parking was easy to access and very affordable. Walking and biking routes by the water, skate park, wooden bench swings along the way, overall we had an amazing time at the Festival and in Burlington.
  • The perfect place to watch the sun set over Lake Champlain. The park has many benches, including some that swing, to sit and have a romantic evening. There are also many other things to see and do in the immediate area along with many places to eat. (Try Asiana Noodle Shop up on Church St.
  • Absolutely amazing. My wife and I took a totally spontaneous Sunset Cruise aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen III. It was two and a half of the most beautiful hours of my life. Never been to lake Champlain before; was blown away by the enormity of it.
  • Beautiful views and always something happening. Came here for a couple years just to see the fireworks. I enjoy coming to the waterfront because it’s so close to Church Street and all the activities to do there but it’s also a place where you can just go and lay in the grass her people watcher do anything really. Can I stop by Ecco which is right close by.
  • Beautiful clean water, I walked around the whole area alone as a tourist- and felt completely safe. So peaceful to sit here and relax in the morning! Loved the whole town.
