  • I think that Fun City may be better in the summer time with older children. Spent a weekend getaway with 5 children ages 7 to 2. The indoor water feature is small and kept the kids entertained for abo...  more »
  • Took a break from our soccer tournament to let the girls unwind. Had lots of fun. Had never been here before. Will be back.
  • Fun city has a diner by games that has really good food and usually staff is quick and friendly, you can watch your kids play while comfortably sitting and having a drink or snack. Try their chocolate...  more »

  • My daughter and I are visiting Iowa (from Oregon), we enjoy the swim pool, indoor and outdoor. I feel the price is reasonable. Four out of the five slides are working, but it was still very enjoyable. There are a lot of vigilance lifeguards on duty which made me feel comfortable. We went five days out of our ten day trip to Burlington and I was thoroughly impressed.
  • Chose fun city for our family vacation and were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed it! Everything was safe and clean, everything had a good amount of employees supervising. The food was excellent and surprisingly very affordable. My only complaint, if I had to give one, was the behaviors of some of the employees in the go kart ring. My four year old son decided he wanted to try it on his own and the employees did not do a very good job in handling their frustrations with him when he would hit a wall or go the wrong way. He cried when he got off because he thought they were all mad at him :-( Small hiccup in the fun but the arcade made it all better!
  • Worst experience ever. Spent 2 nights there. Toenail in the bed!!! My gf got locked in our room bathroom and had a panic attack. Had to bang on door for our friends in next room to get us out. Bugs in bathtub! They were like giant knats. There was man beard hair in the sink. The go-karts were awful. We waited in line 30 minutes, then got put in the karts and sat for 20 minutes as other people went. The karts were slow and they charged them in between rounds. We got pizza from the food place. One of the pizzas we ordered was gluten free and they gave us regular crust. We went to get our correct order and they tried to argue it was gluten free... When gluten free crust was only available in 9" and they gave us 16". We were charged more and didn't get refunded. Then.... In the pizza was a floss-like string. We took it to the manager and they wouldn't give us a refund. They argued they couldn't because they gave us a "free" pizza already. The "free" pizza was the gluten free one they messed up on. They were so rude. Never had staff be so rude. We took the string in the pizza to the front desk manager and he gave us a $20 refund. When we told him about getting locked in our room bathroom he made a joke, offered us no refund or anything, but got someone to put a new door handle on. Do not go there.
  • This place is awesome! It's been a great place for burlington! Love it
  • They took out the fun indoor waterside & the big one outside was broken..bot much for a 12 year old to do..we cut our stay short out of boredom because nose of the games inside were broken or not giving credits. We left before checkout on our 2nd day & they still charged us for it..Wisconsin dell's or 6 flags from now on..
