  • Original buildings and the trails are very serene. We walked to the small waterfall and all around the buildings of the original homestead. Have been there several times. First visit was my husband an...  more »
  • Easy hiking, natural waterfall, playground for the kids, canoes for ent to paddle the creek, lake for fishing, picnic facilities and disc golf course in a quiet natural setting away from it all.
  • We didn't go to the historic farm, just did some walking. Nice trails, great scenery. Some nice places to sit and take in the views.
  • Cedarock is a beautiful park! I love the fact that they change the trails up sometimes to protect the environment and keep visitors seeing different sights! Keep it up Alamance!!
  • We went on heritage day and had a blast getting to know some local history. Nice people. Very knowledgeable. The hike was good too. Not too steep, but still fun and not too flat. We heard the river, but did not see it.
  • We had our wedding here, and it was the easiest thing in the world to do. We called, gave them $50 deposits each for one pavillion and a beautiful gazebo by the waterfall, and an additional $50 for the wedding fee. They didn't even cash the deposit checks, just handed them back after they made sure we cleaned up our sites. We still come here to go hiking with our dogs all the time. It is well maintained and so peaceful.
  • Great park, especially the old farmstead and the animals!!:) I love the trails but they need to be marked a little better. I went on a hike one day and I ended up getting a little lost but it didn't take me long to find the way back.
  • Several hiking trails, an historic farm, fishing lake, two Frisbee golf courses, a waterfall and a creek for canoeing all save to make this 500 acre park wonderful.
