  • So sad. There are about 10 stores still open (with one closing next month), two businesses left in the food court and the only restroom is in the food court. save yourself the drive, nothing here.

  • clean store,friendly staff
  • The Ohio outlets is an amazing place unfortunately it has seen better days the food court is very empty nothing's in their. The trains gone. And theirs not many stores left their is a few good ones but it's pretty empty. And theirs only two bathrooms opened the food court and aisle 5. Minus that it's a great outlet mall to walk around in.
  • It is very sad what has happened to this place. When I was younger I was always so excited to visit here. Now it is like a ghost town. I would recommend going to the Columbus outlets. Much better, cleaner and more stores.
  • You've heard the expression; one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel? Went up there today for what will be the last time. Both feet in the coffin, circling the drain with great white sharks in the water. This place is done!! Must have been bought by my old pals at Greedy Mediocre and Stingy aka GMS mismanagement corporation. Do not waste your time. Maybe 8 - 10 stores spread out over 5 acres; a lot of walking for no shopping.
  • as much as I love this place the parking is in need of repair and a lot of the stores are gone but the stores that are open had very friendly staff from shoe rack to famous foot wear and my personal favorite the wrangler store. I still love coming here while a little dated it has a nice charm about it. It does make me sad the train doesn't run anymore and I just don't see it business picking up again but I am hopeful for this place because it is worth the drive for the great staff and amazing deals the stores always have!! I got wrangler Jeans for 12.97 and 11.98 a pair that is crazy I got 2 pairs of shoes for 90 bucks and they were not even in the clearance section. while most malls have over priced clothing your really do leave this place with deals. I hope this amazing mall can get back on its feet before it's too late!!
