This is a great place to experience the culture of Buffalo. I hadn't realized the Polish influence on the city until we visited the market. You can get ANYTHING related to Polish cuisine at the market...  more »

The Broadway market is a Buffalo staple, and many would suggest to visit close to Easter because many of the vendors are selling Easter products such as hand painted eggs and flower crowns. Lots of po...  more »

Great traditional butcher shops and produce vendors. Good choices with some rare finds like frog legs and whole fresh rabbit. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent. The bakery's on premises look good but haven't had time to try their confectionery delights. The only negative is you need to pay attention to what your buying the excellent deals on steaks are on SELECT grade meats.

Great market for fresh produce and meats. Well known for their Easter festivities.

Family tradition! I buy a lot of specialty meats from here. If they don't have it they can get it or find someone for you that can. Best time to go is the month/week before easter. It will be busy ( the most around lunch) but that's when there is most vendors. If you go late in the day around this time of year you will find things are sold out. It's a great stop for buffalo favorites such as stuffed hot peppers, slab bacon, pigs in a blanket, perogis, beef on weck, cheese stuffed fried pickles as well as polish, german, and Italian sausage. You can both buy food hot and ready to go or raw over the deli counter. Parking provided in the back parking garage.
