  • To achieve the Queens garden trail, you have two options. Either it is down (starting point for both is the Sunset Point) about Wall Street or the Navajo trail into the Canyon, then wander garden trail on the Queens through the Canyon. It is only down in the Canyon is moderate, but we must not forget that you have to back and this way leads only to the top. You get in addition to see many animals and is passed through the rocks. We had to meet even the happiness on a rattlesnake. This approach is suitable even for lunch because you get shadow on long distances through trees. Only arrived at the last piece, it goes back through the barren Plains of rock. There's also the little trip to Queen Victoria, you should go quietly (estimated 200m back and forth). Eventually it comes back to the Sunrise Point on the rim. Interesting again at the end of the views of the area around the Fairyland; again very different. We can only recommend to take enough time.

  • The Queens Garden Trail to Queen Victoria which was 1.8 miles to the end and 357 feet down, of course then you have to walk back up but worth it.  more »
  • You cannot lose taking this short hike. If you have the energy to hike a bit longer do the attached Navajo loop which makes for an enjoyable and very doable hike for all ages and fitness levels.  more »
