The Fairyland Loop is amazing. Takes you to a see so many different types of formations. The hike is difficult if you are not a 'hiker'. It is long with various inclines. But not much climbing (over r...  more »

For us it was the second time at Bryce then we looked for a trail a little less known. Is classified as difficult but apart from the length of the trail I found great difficulties ... We have route instead because it seemed easier (starting from fairyland point we first path part of the Rim trail and then popped from sunrise point) in about 4 hours. I must say though that I was a little disappointed, unlike the Navajo/queen garden trail, don't you walk amid the hoodoos and the portion of the rim trail is not no big deal. The landscapes within the Park are very interesting, but I think things to do if you have a lot of time or it's not the first time at Bryce.

Started at the trailhead just outside the park entry gate at 7:50am. The views were spectacular from the beginning. Although long and steep in sections, we were able to complete in just under 4 hours with multiple stops for photos. Would highly recommend.

Amazing trail! If you have one trail to do in Bryce, I would recommend this one. It is not very challenging but so beautiful. You can take about 3,5-4 hours to hike the full loop.

Incredible views as you hike around the rim trail down into the canyon and then back out. It's a very intimate hike around Boat Mesa, that looms over you most of the day. It's a strenuous hike at about 8 miles, but very doable, and a must if you visit Bryce.
