  • We have a family tradition of coming here every Father's day, and each time it is special. Great view, awesome lawn to play frisbee/soccer/catch, and nice beach. Cooking pits are in disrepair, so we bring our own. Prices are reasonable, especially if you go in the afternoon. Thomas Point is a part of our family memory, I encourage you to make it one of yours as well!
  • Pine groves, grass fields, playround, beach and great staff. Our family and friends enjoy relaxed camping while the kids enjoy the open space to simply be kids!
  • Best campground ever. Love the place and all the people. Great beach.
  • A great place for family gatherings and camping. Not highly recommended for swimming, though, and less you enjoy swimming with many horseshoe crabs.
  • Overall a great place to camp but a very shaky start. I was an advanced "scout" for a large group, so I drove up ahead of everyone else to get some tents set up before the rain one Friday night. When I arrived there was no one there to check us in; there was no campsite assignment on the door; and the phone number just rang until the voicemail took over. We had no prior site assignment either. So now we had no choice but to pick a site at random and hope for the best. Luckily when we finally checked in the next morning, the employee was fine with where we were set up. Other then that it was a beautiful campground right on the coast of ME. Well maintained and pristine, I would recommend this campground. Although be warned! The electrical sites are poorly done and you will need a 100 foot heavy duty extension cord as all the outlets are at the bathroom. There is no "onsite" power.
