  • Its a typical park, nothing all that special. I understand however, its a great place to take the camping trailer. I just wish they had a golf course, a 9 hole course would be nice.

  • We didn't spend a lot of time here but it seemed like a nice park. We stopped on a trip from Florida to North Carolina because it was so close off the highway, about the middle of the trip & it had good reviews. We walked on the pier where people seemed to be catching many fish and went a short way down a nature trail near the pier and pavilions! The pavilions had a lot of seating available which was nice! We didn't explore into the camping area or any further but from what we saw it was a nice park!
  • When I'm in town an the weather is warm it's nice to gather the grandkids an head over for a dip in the lake water. There are giant Sturgeon fush swimming with you, but they won't eat ya. Lol! The park is always clean an the restrooms are to. There's a big area for family reunions. An a park for kids to swing an play on...
  • Very nice secluded campground, very relaxing! Swimming area is a southern treat! Fishing area is ok, but the grass exceeds the bank an the areas that where clear are limited. Ticks seem to be a concern, an the critters seem to love scavenger in the trash but friendly. The people are friendly and helpful. If your into electronic devices, sorry the wifi is in/out and gives good reason to leave them behind an enjoy the outdoors.
  • it's a great place quite well maintain people are very friendly
  • Came out here for a family get-together, and loved it... Very picturesque and rustic environment.
