  • It's too small to call it a park, more of just a boat ramp. There's nothing really here to see. I'd say rent a boat if there were any here for rent.
  • We visited this state park a couple of months ago. We stayed here for three nights in our travel trailer. We thoroughly enjoyed this park. The lake is beautiful and was completely full when we visited...  read more »
  • This campground is lovely, the facilities are clean, and the staff helpful. We've camped before without incident. However, please be warned that as of this review, some areas of the park have Crazy Tawny ants, an invasive species that will get into EVERYTHING. If you're camping, it's worth bringing insect repellant to put or spray around your tires, power cords, tent, etc. to keep them out of your living space. We'll camp there again but will arrive better armed.
  • The cabins are quaint and we loved the album they left in the cabin for guests explaining the history of the park.
  • Wonderful place to make some memories
  • Beautiful campgrounds! Cabins made by the civilian conservation corps
  • Great staff, clean park, and and easy boat access.
