  • $5 entrance fee more than worth the couple hours of bird viewing, walking, and so fun to cross over the "wall" without a passport as it is all on American side.  more »

  • Good place to spend time sightseeing.
  • Beautiful area with a great trail and butterfly garden. Great renovation of the historic Rabb House.
  • ran into many border jumpers
  • By far the prettiest place I've been to in South Texas. The staff was very helpful as well. There are a couple of picnic benches out side the visitor center if you want to pack a lunch, right next to which are some bird feeders that are visited by different species of birds. There are several different trails to walk, which were easy walks (I did them at 8 months pregnant). All in all, a great place to visit!:-)
  • It is beautiful. I am so glad they have re-openned. My daughter is looking forward to the children's summer camp.
