  • We knew when moving to Broomfield that our real estate taxes might be a little higher than those in the surrounding communities, but we also expected that the publicly available services would be bett...  read more »
  • Always clean and well staffed. Machines all in working condition. Summer is rough on the pool, so check pool schedule to make sure lap lanes are open. Perfect place for a workout!
  • You can perfectly spend time for children and adults. Single entrance for residents about 5 dollars for guests of the city around 8. Very diverse activity-warm pool with slides, "rivers" and conventional lanes for swimming, Jacuzzi for the hedonistic, a variety of simulators for all tastes, paths to walk, "" climbing structures for toddlers and for climbers, group classes. There's a nice an organized room for children, where you can leave the child under the supervision of professionals, but is taken separately. Comfortable room and showers and rooms for family with children changing. Clean and cozy.

  • Probably the most clean and good looking rec center I've ever been to! I took my kids here that I nanny to the kids play area and they had a blast. I wasn't too crazy about the receptionist I encountered at the front when I walked in. I was bringing in my own food for the kids and I, the receptionist was giving me a hard time and telling me over and over again how I couldnt take it in the play area. That's pretty obvious lady, thank you for telling me the first 6 times! I also want to recommend that there should be better security for the doors to the play area. SO MANY kids kept opening the door themselves and little ones would follow into the hallway, which means missing kids and frantic parents. Those doors should be child-proof in a way. Other than that, I really did enjoy this rec center. Definitely going back!
  • The facilities were fine, with enough classes offered outside of business hours that it was still worthwhile. That being said, I have never had such a horrible experience in cancelling a membership. We were told when we signed up for a membership that we could "come in and cancel at any time," but when we went to cancel the membership, we were told that we actually had to fill out paperwork and give at least five days notice. Instead we paid an extra month of a membership, which we could no longer use because we had moved. To top it all off, when I called and asked for clarification on the charge and to have it refunded since I had a time-stamped request to cancel, I was told I was lying. Needless to say, I do not recommend going to this gym if you care at all about any kind of customer service.
  • Another place to spend time with my family. Their kids room is so much fun. My daughter can't get enough of it! My wife and I love to go swimming and their staff is very friendly and professional.
  • I would not recommend sending your children to "Kids Nite Out". I was harassed and publicly embarrassed by staff multiple times. My final night here, the staff got a cop involved and nearly had me arrested for no reason whatsoever. I will likely never come here again unless to visit the gym
  • My kids love it here! They don't want to go swimming anywhere else. They absolutely love the pool slides. Haven't experienced anything else in the rec center but it all looks great!
