  • Every seat in the house is good. Little venue but great place. I've seen sporting events and concerts and enjoyed it.  more »
  • Recently attended a Leadership Conference. The staff has to be the best folks I have ever encountered in an arena. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.  more »

  • The venue is a fantastic arena for shows. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. However, the water situation is not ideal. They have only a couple water fountains (there is always a 10-15 minute wait for each fountain) while they charge $4.50 for a bottle of water. It's a bit of a safety concern considering how hot it can get in the arena. In addition, they don't have any recycling bins so 1st Bank Center is throwing hundreds of pounds of plastic into the trash at every show. It would be great to see this venue be more environmentally conscious.
  • Love the location right on the 36 and very convenient to public transportation. Oddly they don't seem to have that many public events. Wish they had more good shows.
  • I think your experience there depends on who you see. I saw excision's Paradox tour for both days and I loved it so much. The bus stop is close. Although, $4.50 for a bottle of cold water??! Come on. You can't even get water from the restroom unless you're okay with hot water. And the only set of fountains there always have a long line. I think the staff are good at their job when they want to do it. All in all, great place to have a good show of you can handle it.
  • A very nice event center. Conveniently located between Denver and Boulder off of Highway 36. Went for a CSU Global Graduation. Very organized and plenty of seating. I like that this facility has plenty of box seating for large and personal seating. The sound system worked perfectly with lots of large screens for better close-ups. Only gripe is that parking is a bit odd. Some parking onsite, overflow a few blocks away. Which has several condos placed between the event center and the overflow parking. A bit unusual to walk through all the condos to get to the event center, but at least there are enough parking!
  • Kind of a smaller venue but the sound was decent. Can't bring in cigs unless they're factory sealed. Thanks for keeping the streets safe Mr. Security gaurd
