  • What I dont get, you have a great Facility for events but you dont have free parking and what a freaking nightmare before and after a show. The concert I went to was good, but took me over an hour to ...  more »
  • Nice venue & we could see perfectly. Restrooms and bar were easily accessible. Plenty of room to stand, it wasn't overcrowded
  • Hard to navigate but lots of good space for the convention. Breakout sessions are in bars, on the basketball court, a bit weird. Expo hall seems tight with booths and attendees.

  • This is one of my favorite place to see a concert! The sound is great anywhere in the arena, the staff is patient and helpful. The place holds 6-9k people depending on set up. Definitely worth going if you love the band here.
  • Saw the PMJ concert here. Sound read awesome. No echo. We sat on the floor level. I will attend more events here.
  • Great place to see a concert. Sound is OK could be better. Smells like the Devils lettuce
  • Great venue for small concerts. I personally work the load in and out of the concerts and find that this tends to be one of the cleanest KSE venues.
  • I went and saw Shawn Mendes here and I loved it! I did read all the negative reviews about the 1st bank center prior to going. Most of then have to do with parking. So I made sure to get there at a decent time (10 minutes before doors open). I parked in a dirt lot about 9 minute walk from the center ($10 cash). They had plenty of workers out to direct traffic. I never had to go searching for parking or which way to walk. There was a very long line to get in but it went pretty fast. My only issue and it's not even a big deal was the seats. I was seated in the bowl section and I had a hard to reading where the seat numbers were (it's written under the seats for those of you who don't know). The sound was good, although I have nothing really to compare it to, the only shows I've been to have been much smaller venues. When it came time to leave, I never once felt like I was going to get run over like a stampede to get out of there. Getting out of the parking wasn't too bad. You just have a bunch of people not paying attention to where the line to get out is, and I don't blame them cause at this point in the night there was no one out there to direct people. I was very patient, I wasn't going to let parking or traffic ruin my night. I was probably out of there within 15-20 minutes. I would go back again definitely. I just recommend people to get there early to avoid any problems.
