  • This is the original Cyclone. Other amusement parks might have a Cyclone, but this is the one that everyone else tries to copy. It is a somewhat bumpy ride, but it's also almost 90 years old, so give ...  more »
  • If you love old timey wood roller coasters then you have to check out this classic. It's a bit expensive for one ride but it's worth it.
  • This old roller coaster (opened in 1927) is still an awesome ride. If you don't like the old wooden coasters because you feel they are rickety, then by all means don't ride this coaster. It has the so...  more »

  • My friend has lived in NYC for 17 years and decided to move away. (Why? How?) I asked what he wanted to do before he left and the Cyclone topped the list. It's always been among my favorite summer-in-Brooklyn experiences and his reviews ring true: "Ooh! Tight fit. People must not have been this well-fed in the 1920s." "Yes!" "The best! THE BEST!" "It never slows down!" Really. He's not wrong.
  • Totally worth the $10. No lines when I went. Fun ride and psychologically thrilling. You feel like you will fly out of your car but you won't. Can't believe it took me 36 years to go there. Don't miss out on it.
  • One of the oldest (if not *the* oldest) wooden roller coasters in the United States. Absolutely worth it. I grew up visiting the Cyclone every summer as a child. You'll never know anything quite like the excitement and fear of riding on the Cyclone :-)
  • Highly recommend going during the summertime. After new ownership I believe the prices are still the same no major increase in price. Well clean and maintained
  • It was the Worst experience EVER thanks to Mr. Stevenson, who, in a Very discriminating tone Totally Blocked us from ever riding the Cyclone because he "owns it". We asked to ride in the front and since we couldn't, because we're not black, then, we couldn't wait for the Next ride nor get a refund. We felt as outsiders because we look white, we.Are white. Puerto Rican and Costa Rican. Light skin gets you RIPPED OFF. THEY STOLE my measly $20, + some employees even gave me the Finger @ Guest Services. Right. Good luck with employees working on Sunday, 9/11,between 1-3 pm. Stevenson thinks he is GOD. He's not. Thanks for stealing my money. Going after us outside After Damage is done. .. Very uncomfortable feeling being White
