  • Although I've never been to a service in this church, I recently had the privilege of overhearing a choir rehearsal and all I can say is that if their PERFORMANCES during a service are anywhere near a...  more »
  • Free Sunday mass from 9 h. The mass begins with a few songs with a hearts of over 100 people. Broadcast on screens with words. Then reading of the Bible by a priest as an American show with humor. End with a song. Tip: put you down in the Middle Moment of sharing amazing followers!

  • What will await us? Sunday morning, an old theater? At the come in a highly professional and cordial reception. Short staffed after 11 o'clock, all places, one of the many assistants is pretty far back middle inside have vacancies. The Gospel Choir, an estimated 150 actors on stage, brings emotion into drive. A professional choreography ensures a smooth transition between solo artists and the entire choir. Whooo, exhausting the tears back to keep. Many viewers sthene spontaneously on and: praise the Lord. Pastor Jim Cymbala manages to bring it through eloquent words the amount in Spndnelaune. Highlight of Sunday: our common and happy Brithday to the 110! Mother of the pastor. It is on the film by the 100th gebirtstag still jaunty red now but after maher as 40,000 days of life but something gray. It should be granted. One, followed the "godly" songs for non native speaker, well understandable everyday preaching. Topic: watch your tongues or "talk is...

  • The best church there is in NYC. Cymballa (spelling?) has an AMAZING way of speaking that gets across to everyone from every background. He was able to get my friend who grew up Catholic and stopped attending church when a child to want to come to church! We bring our friends now. Very non-judgmental. I must say I like it better as well than any other church I attended when growing up Christian. I learn something helpful each week that I can apply to my daily life. Thank you for sharing the message of love to the lost and those who lack hope or faith!
  • I visited (from London) on a Tuesday for a prayer meeting and was not disappointed. They actually stand in agreement and pray about every single prayer request (printed on small sheets and handed to every attendee including the choir) that had come through on their website. There is power in prayer. Before the mains service begun, ministry leaders prayed for anyone who had specific prayer requests. Music was good and a powerful prayer session. i got the metro/subway and it was a short walk
  • It has been a life long dream of mine to go to this church and it was amazing. Not only is the Word of God preached, but the presence of the Holy Spirit and the kindness of the people were overwhelming. I encourage you to visit if ever in the area. I certainly will go back when in New York! Blessings to you Brooklyn Tabernacle.
  • I wife and I visited that church and we really liked it. People from church are friendly, the music was very nice and the church seemed biblical to us! PS: just to set expectations, The Brooklin Tabernacle is a internacional church. So, if you are going there because you want to see an Afro-American Christian Service, it's better to visit a church on Harlem.
