  • Smith Street is famous for its gastronomy. Is known as "the street of Restaurants of Brooklyn". It is accessible by subway station Bergen St. Recommend-and-that you choose a restaurant to eat around here, because they tend to be better and cheaper than the "tourist" restaurants of Manhattan. In addition to Smith Street, the next parallel Street (Court St.) also has many restaurants. There I enjoy eating at a Thai restaurant called "Joya". Also, at some distance (about 1000 m) is the Stop Shop, my favourite hypermarket & in NYC

  • Incredibly crafted outdoor Shakespeare productions are one of New York's gifts and Smith Street Stage gives us a reimagining of Shakespeare each summer in Carroll Park. It's free, fun, and family-friendly. Love their work!
