  • You can visit once and it be worth it. Don't do it twice though, you might fall asleep. This was ok to go to when your bored. 4 floors  more »
  • A small museum about the history of the Brooklyn shipyards building military machinery, ships, free entrance Specially to go is not worth it, but if you find yourself near run for half an hour with all the exposure.

  • Great history here. I visited a printing company with my graphic design class. Loved it.
  • The Navy Yard is ok good security, guards working there are kind and Helpful. But the Biggest problem would be during the winter. No matter how many times you ask you never get heat, and makes working there almost impossible. Everyone has to work when their Winter coats on and people who are running it make you feel like your the problem, And we should be grateful that they took their time to come see us even though nothing gets fixed. I'd look at other place before you settle with the Navy Yard...
  • Maintenance issues seem to take a while to get addressed, mail and package delivery is frustrating. Best part are the other people here. The entrance door to our building has been stuck halfway open for almost a week since I notified security. USPS deliveries go to a central mail room while UPS and FedEx sometimes go to the mail room and sometimes go to the actual space (according to the mail room worker).
  • I only went there to visit a company but the area is worth a visit by itself. Impeccable views on Manhattan from there.
  • Such a nifty idea
