  • 5 adults and 5 teens walk into a brewery.... seriously. Although it took an hour to get a table for 10, we passed the time trying out a couple IPA's. Hopshifter was the one for me, very similar to Rac...  more »

  • I loved our experience! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The whole facility was enjoyable. The food was amazing and of course the beer was delicious. I reserved a tour for my boyfriend and I and expected to have a nice time but I think you exceeded both of our expectations. We will definitely be back!!
  • The beer is great, the space is huge, the food is good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A great place to visit whether you're a young couple (such as my wife and I) or a family with 3 kids looking for a fun day out. Plenty of games to keep the kids entertained while you work your way through an extensive list of fantastically crafted brews.
  • Loved learning about the history of how Omar and Todd started the Surly Brewing Company and the beer making process. Plus learning the history of breweries in Minnesota. Our tour guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable. We had a fabulous time.
  • The beers obviously are exceptional and the atmosphere is awesome, the only knock on the place would be the food options, the menu is pretty small and expensive, one of the cheaper options is he cheeseburger but they all come the same way, absolutely no customization. It's odd they won't take off an ingredient for you but they justified it as their kitchen is small and working too hard which is understandable. If you're coming just for drinks this place is awesome, if you're coming for dinner too just be prepared for what you're getting, this is tap room that serves food, not a restaurant
  • The place itself is just really cool! I have been here for a few events and they do a fantastic job entertaining. The beer choices are great also, and they are all really good!
