  • This is well worth the trip! The staff is friendly and the sculpture is wonderful. Artists come from all over the world to create the art. If all you want is a walk in the woods, it is a great place.....  more »

  • Great hike. Many trails and sculpture to view. The owner was at the studio and came out to say hello. He was working on a project. Nice guy. Worth going several times to see everything. I need to go back.
  • The parking situation was a bit hectic but perhaps it was just because of the day and time we had visited. You can spend all day here trying to walk all the trails or you can break it up into sections and come back at another time. Some of the trails are nice easy and flat where others are fairly steep (for walkers, not hikers). But of course, my opinion is the best art is on the harder trails. Great for a family fun day outdoors that has pretty open trails. There is always something fun to find here!
  • Visited on a promotional filming assignment. Spent time with and interviewed John Weidman who was not only giving of his time, but also completely personable. I couldn't have left more impressed. John is a master of what he does and he made us all feel perfectly welcome to be getting to know not only him but the sculptures around the area and the process that goes into the annual symposium. Very much looking forward to returning in the fall!
  • Lots of interesting contemporary sculptures in a wooded setting. Wear good shoes, bring water and bug spray if it's summer.
  • Lots of different trails to take with many sculptures along the way. The maps are only semi helpful, IMO. Many of the trails look much longer than they are.
