  • I studied for a year here almost 30 years ago, now I came back with my family. Much was still familiar, especially the Church, much has been newly added. Fordham is also my tip for all those who want to see more than Manhattan during a NYC trips. The area in the north Bronx is safe and yet very different from the island, the campus is spread out and guarded, but the security to let one after a short explanation like in. It is the opportunity to see an American University and experience. My two teenage sons were impressed anyway hard of all: the mix of historic and modern buildings, the mood on campus, the Church, of course, the sports facilities and even the bookstore! Now they want to study at some point in the United States and Fordham is atop the list ;) Additional Tip: for the little (or big!) Hunger across run a few minutes after Little Italy of the Bronx! Here it is as in little Italy in Manhattan all super tasty and much larger and more authentic!
