  • It is the House in which the writer lived his last years of life. Today in a museum. Is located at the epicenter of the Bronx, at the junction of Fordham Street and the Grand Concourse Avenue, open days on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Love Poe so to be in a place he actually lived was amazing. Saw some crows but no ravens.
  • Everything. It's really wonderful. A huge experience of humble way of life in The Bronx of 19th century. Thanks to Neil Raley, a very gentle and interesting Poeman at the door of the Cottage.
  • Amazing. I have an old watercolor of the Edgar Allan Poe cottage it is in very rough shape but I want to donate it? Any ideas? Evan e. Odessa, ny.
  • The Edgar Allan Poe museum is a small building on a corner, almost blending into the city. They have only a few rooms, but they hold a lot. There is an art room in the second building that I highly recommend. I'm never disappointed with the museum, and always offer to volunteer.
